Good broker
Kent & James Insurance took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Kent & James Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Five stars all around
Switched to Kent & James Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Kent & James Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
