Good value
I appreciate that Kennedy & Ross Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Could be better
The rates Kennedy & Ross Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
