My wife had suffered from Alzheimer's Disease for a long period of time when our life insurance policies were transferred to Kelvin's brokerage. Kelvin contacted me about the change, and then made a special trip to my workplace to sort out our life insurance policies. At that time I was extremely busy caring for my wife and I could not find the time to visit Kelvin's office. Kelvin was very professional and re-organized our policies to much better alternatives, as the original policies had been taken out many years earlier. My wife has recently passed away and Kelvin was again very helpful. It was very easy to deal with the insurance company and the insurance claim was settled within weeks. It was wonderful to have the insurance settled so easily at a time when there were so many other things to deal with.
