Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Kelly & Wright Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Kelly & Wright Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Slow and unresponsive
Kelly & Wright Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Kelly & Wright Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
