Wonderful experience

Slow and unresponsive
Kelly & Stone Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
Kelly & Stone Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
