Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Kelly & McMillan Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Slow and unresponsive
Kelly & McMillan Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Kelly & McMillan Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Kelly & McMillan Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
