Five stars all around
Switched to Kelly Insurance Ltd. on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Kelly Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Kelly Insurance Ltd.. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
