The worst customer service ever, I still can't believe their receptionist dropped the call while we were speaking!!! I will never trust this type of business that has no respect for their customers. Avoid this low profile business specially for your insurance which needs a full trust.

Terrible company. To begin, I have been with Kafka for almost a year now and the first three months they changed my insurance amount 3-4 times. 1) When I called to schedule a meeting to get insurance, I was told the amount of deposit to bring which ended up being more when I arrived. 2) I wanted to add a second car to my policy and I was told it was possible. I registered my car, paid over 500$ (mind you this is without the insurance yet) and when I went to confirm the case, they told me ‘they couldn’t add a second car’ and that ‘they can’t do that work in their office’.... after I was told by multiple representatives that adding a second car to my name WAS possible. I called the actual company (Perth) and was told that it was possible to add a second car and that the brokers (Kafka) just had a misunderstanding and that I should be good to go. Once I call back again, I’m denied my request simply because the boss was skeptics of what I was going to do with my second car. Unprofessional? I think so. To anyone reading this, please trust me and DO NOT GO WITH KAFKA INSURANCE BROKERS. They’re rude, unprofessional, and do their work based on their personal opinions. Thank you.
