Had to insure my vehicle & showed up 2 minutes before close. Sam stayed late & helped me out with no issues. Excellent customer service! Would strongly recommend visiting this K5 branch! Always awesome staff :)

The lady was nice enough but kept giving me false info. Was in to get a 1 day permit on my motorcycle just to take it home from Selkirk to Winnipeg. She first told me I had to set up ownership to get a temp reg. Because I wasn't the legal owner yet (luckily that got sorted out). Next she tells me there's a 5 day minimum on temp reg. I tell her no, I can get 1 day it's just the same cost as 5, and I'm okay with paying $38 for the one day. After other various little errors, I *finally* get my temp reg. Plate - its for 5 days. I would have made her call to fix it but I just wanted to get out of there. If it was a car I wouldn't have cared so much but we only get 15 days on bikes and I only wanted to use 1 until I was able to get some work done. Everyone's gotta start somewhere, but you're setting that woman up for failure, she should at least be shadowed until she knows the basics.Thanks k5 for wasting my time a 4 permit days.

Young guy, he is fast helping guy and they are open late so I would say best place
