GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! You have a better chance of seeing sasquatch holding hands with a mermaid then actually getting in touch with this office. I was in an accident, and had ZERO communication from this office......the cactus in my bathroom gave me more advice on my collision then Judy Farrells office. This place is an absolute joke. It it wasn't for Matt, it probably would have no customers at all. Save yourself a HUGE nightmare and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Matt & Judy are very nice and always have prompt service! It’s easy to leave a negative review if you don’t understand how the insurance business works but if you have questions they’re always happy to explain any fees, changes, or terms of your policy!

I was given a quote for motorcycle insurance. The quote seemed very reasonable so I decided to start a policy. After noticing that no payments were taken from my account for a few months I decided to contact Judy. She said that she “mis-quoted” me and that the policy will actually be almost 4x as much as we originally agreed to, so I cancelled. But she mentioned that I’d have to go to the bank and stop the payments myself, so I did. But the lump sum down payment already came out of my account. Now I’m out over $1000 and have no insurance. I strongly suggest finding a more trustworthy brokerage.

I have dealt with this office as my broker for over 5 years and have never had an issue with their customer service. Mostly I've dealt with Judy. She's always treated me with respect and explained clearly and correctly any issue with policies or payment. I've recommended them many times.

Always friendly and welcoming from Judy and her staff! Have been going to them for many years now and always get fantastic service and the best quotes! Highly recommended!!
