Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Jordan & Cook Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Jordan & Cook Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Family business feel

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Jordan & Cook Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
