Renewal was painless
Just went through my annual renewal with Jordan & Associates Insurance. They proactively reviewed my home insurance and found me a better rate without me even asking.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Jordan & Associates Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Room for improvement
Jordan & Associates Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Jordan & Associates Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.
