Great for bundling
Jones Insurance Brokers bundled our home, auto, and umbrella policies together and saved us a ton. One broker handling everything makes life so much easier.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Jones Insurance Brokers was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Slow and unresponsive
Jones Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Jones Insurance Brokers. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
