Does the job
Jones Insurance Brokers helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Fort McMurray. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Slow and unresponsive
Jones Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
