Fair pricing
Jones & Hoffman Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Jones & Hoffman Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Solid broker
Jones & Hoffman Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
