Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Jones & Associates Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Could be better
The rates Jones & Associates Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
