Slow and unresponsive
Johnston & McCann Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Okay but not great

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Johnston & McCann Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Five stars all around

Reliable broker
