Good value
I appreciate that Johnston & Green Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Helpful staff

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Johnston & Green Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings

Slow and unresponsive
