Helpful but slow
The broker at Johnston & Grant Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Slow and unresponsive
Johnston & Grant Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Lost my documents
Johnston & Grant Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Johnston & Grant Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
