Average experience
My experience with Johnston & Clarke Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Johnston & Clarke Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Johnston & Clarke Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
Johnston & Clarke Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
