Solid broker
Johnson & Foster Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Johnson & Foster Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
Johnson & Foster Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Does the job
Johnson & Foster Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Steinbach. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Johnson & Foster Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
