Pretty good
Johnson & Co. Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Good value
I appreciate that Johnson & Co. Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Johnson & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
