Reliable broker
Been with Jensen & Sanders Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Jensen & Sanders Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Solid broker
Jensen & Sanders Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Jensen & Sanders Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
