Solid broker
Jensen Risk Management is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Jensen Risk Management was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Jensen Risk Management. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
