Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Jensen & Freeman Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
Jensen & Freeman Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
