Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Jenkins & McKenzie Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Could be better
The rates Jenkins & McKenzie Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
