Slow and unresponsive
James & Roberts Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with James & Roberts Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with James & Roberts Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
