Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with James & Partners Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with James & Partners Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Room for improvement
James & Partners Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to James & Partners Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.
