Good overall experience
Had a good experience with James Insurance Services. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from James Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

The rates James Insurance Services found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
