Amazing customer service
The staff at James & Gagnon Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from James & Gagnon Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Family business feel
James & Gagnon Insurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Room for improvement
James & Gagnon Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
