Good value
I appreciate that Jackson & Gibson Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Jackson & Gibson Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Could be better
