Very professional
From the first call to signing the policy, everything was handled professionally. Jackson & Associates Insurance really knows the insurance market in Ontario.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Jackson & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful staff
