I had to trasfer my car insurance due to a mistake made by a dealership. I went to Jack Chow insurance to fix the mistake which was a lengthy process with not much gain for them. He took his time to make sure that he fixes the problem , contacted the ICBC to make sure that I will not get into trouble next year when I am renewing my insurance and he did all this with patience and a smile on his face.
