The rates Island Financial & Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Disappointing experience

I was disappointed with Island Financial & Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Smooth transition

Helpful but slow

The broker at Island Financial & Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Used Island Financial & Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
