Solid broker
IronPeak Insurance Partners is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with IronPeak Insurance Partners. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with IronPeak Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
Used IronPeak Insurance Partners for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful but slow
The broker at IronPeak Insurance Partners was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Lost my documents

Does the job
