Pretty good

Poor communication
My biggest issue with IronFalls Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at IronFalls Insurance Partners was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Slow and unresponsive
IronFalls Insurance Partners was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with IronFalls Insurance Partners. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
