My wife and I were wanting to get insurance for our new car. A friend suggested that we give Ramy Rizk at Insureline Complete a call. Although it was very late in the day - on a Friday - Ramy professionally, politely, and, most importantly, calmly, answered all our questions and was able to get us the coverage we needed in order to pick up our car at the dealership that Saturday morning. If you are in the market for a new insurance broker, we cannot recommend Ramy Rizk at Insureline Complete more highly. To say the least, Ramy has gained two loyal, enthusiastic, long-term clients. In fact, we plan to transfer all our insurance needs to him in 2025. Thank you, Ramy!

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Misty recently regarding my motorcycle insurance policy. She was quick to respond, gave thoughtful recommendations, was helpful with clarifications on some of my coverages and simplified the whole process. I was really happy to deal with someone so professional and knowledgeable, I will definitely recommend her to others. Updating as of July 2023: Misty is no longer with Insureline and since she’s left, the service I’ve gotten has left a lot to be desired. The agent I’ve been dealing with hasn’t been very prompt when dealing with my insurance needs and has left me frustrated more than a couple times. I’ll be looking for a new broker to deal with.

The services were very prompt initially, so I bought insurance from them. Then I had to update my address, it took them forever to get that updated, then I wanted to add another car and no response. No reply from the broker for hours, I had to wait 3 hours outside the registry but no reply and no interest in getting the work done. I finally had to cancel the insurance with them and paid the penalty as there was no attempt to have that amount reduced and they asked me to cancel the insurance before even putting the detail of the second car in. So, to sum it up, pathetic service and customer support. And the reply I get is, we're also busy, we can't do anything if you're in a rush and we can't serve you at the pace you expect us to. Also at the time of query, I used to get reply after 1-2 days. So, stay away.

Allan was an absolute delight to work with and very responsive throughout the entire process. It is nice to know that there are some amazing insurance reps still out there and Allan was one of the best we have ever worked with. We had run into some issues with another company and he was very quick to hop on a call (on a late Friday Afternoon) and was able to have a quote over to us in minutes. I would highly recommend InsureLine Brokers Complete (and Allan) to anyone that is looking for great service and the best deals around. Cheers Allan!
