I've had an ongoing issue with Westland. You can't speak to a live person and that's VERY frustrating. I updated my banking information thru my Westland account 3 times and my account reverted back to my old card. I emailed Westland multiple times and got no help. Sent me a letter that their going to cancel my policy. After 17 emails, still didn't get it right. A LIVE PERSON WOULD BE GREAT.
