The agent managing my case followed through, kept me informed every step of the way, and delivered great news. I’m very happy and satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Insurance Insight Inc.

Unfortunately I was faced with the situation of making a claim to my GAP provider after a collision totalled a vehicle we had for only a year. Luckily I had a great experience working with an adjuster that went above and beyond in efforts to help me navigate through the process of the claim which was not easy collecting all the pieces. Things it seemed I wasn’t able to get my hands on Marie made it look easy to get and got ahold of on my behalf and in the end everything came together. I am giving 4 stars based on the process itself. It’s arduous and takes a lot of time but the top notch staff here helping eases all of the pain from an already stressful situation. I signed up again with this provider for our replacement vehicle and even though it was made to be a good experience I hope I won’t need to use GAP again for the new vehicle.

When I purchased my 2 vehicles, I also purchased The Walkaway insurance certificate for each of my vehicle. Who had known that I ever had to use it???? But I had purchased a peace of mind. And, 3 years later, when I lost my employment , I remembered that I may have some payments relief certificates. I started my applications, and got approvals on them. So, now, I can search for my new employment without worrying of my car payments. Highly recommend.

Update: Technical difficulties had happened that is why my claim got stuck and email was not received. However, Candace and Ed helped me expedite the process. Especially Candace shes amazing and very understanding as I was upset when I put my initial review but she stayed calm and helped me all the way. They cover 100% of the gap I have and it was a big amount i can tell you that. They also cover my deferrals even tho it is my responsibility just because of what happened they did me a favour. I wanted to get gap insurance with them again but unfortunately, my new dealership is not with them. I would recommend this company. Great service and great product. Candace is great, very kind and courteous even tho i was upset she still did her best and helped me. I would go with this company and ask what dealership they work with for my future vehicle gap insurance.
