Let me begin by saying that I was a client for well over 10 years. Every time I would ask them to find me better rates I was given very few options. It seems they have access to very limited options/markets. Recently, I missed making a payment (for the first time ever). Inroads made no attempt to contact me beforehand or warn me of the severe consequences of a cancellation. On top of that, after the policy was cancelled they made zero effort to get it reinstated, and showed very little interest in finding me another policy (as another reviewer mentioned). I have since ditched Inroads like a bad habit and I suggest you look at other brokers as there are many out there who are much better. Long story short: Bryan, Lucy, Patti and the gang provided terrible service and acted as though they were doing me a favour by getting my business.

The service that InRoads provides is top-notch, bar none. I called today to check a policy discrepancy I'd noticed (due to a civic readdressing) and the agent I reached, Monique, was absolutely awesome to deal with. It felt like I was talking with a trusted & longtime friend (not just an agent selected at random) even though it was the first time we'd ever spoken. You could tell she was smiling while we spoke, just from the pleasant tone of her voice. I'm always treated as a V.I.P. with Inroads, not just "as a number" like I've felt with other companies - whenever I've needed to call to make an alteration or to just ask a question about my insurance policies (which are provided through Aviva, BTW, in my case). They'll bend over backwards to provide you with the best coverage - and friendliest service - and will (without needing to ask) suggest changes to your existing policies to better fit your needs (whether it be an increase or decrease in an area of coverage which better suits) so you end up with virtually bespoke coverage tailored to your own unique needs/requirements. I can honestly say I've never experienced superior service to that which I've received from Inroads - any and every time I've had reason to contact them. (In fact, I'd give them a 6-star rating if it were possible - it's honestly that great).
