I rarely write reviews but wanted to do so in order to recognize both Amanda and my overall Inova Insurance Brokers Inc experience from just over a week ago. First off, the web quote experience was top notch for both effectiveness and efficiency of use. Secondly, the detailed and personable industry expertise provided by Amanda was phenomenal. She is a mix of down to earth pragmatism, expert knowledge and just an easy person to speak with. I was treated as a person and not a sales transaction which I very much appreciate as it is very rare to find these days. I will certainly recommend to my friends and family.

Danielle was very helpful. She was knowledgeable and was able to process my application very quickly! Quote was much cheaper than what I was currently paying at another company. Would definitely recommend using Innova for any of your insurance needs!

I called around to many different insurance places to try to find lower insurance than my current provider. Ive been with my current provider for over 13 years and I wasnt happy with being told every year since covid "youre a great client but we have taken on more claims in general, or we didnt inflate premiums through covid so were catching up now". I needed to find a provider that would make sure I was explained everything in full detail and be reasonable with premiums. Michael at Innova has been able to do both and he has been extremely kind and patient through the whole process. I truly appreciate his time and patience and hope to be a long time client.
