Could be better
The rates Infinity Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Infinity Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
