Reliable broker
Been with Icon Risk Solutions for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Does the job

Slow and unresponsive
Icon Risk Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Couldn't be happier

Room for improvement
