Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Icon Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great
Used Icon Financial & Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Couldn't be happier
