Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Icon Brokerage. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Solid broker
Icon Brokerage is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
