I absolutely love dealing with everyone from icbc u have never had a bad experience. What a huge improvement from dealing with Alberta registries and insurance people.

I just took my mst and I barely passed again cause of my nervousness but my instructor was obviously an Experienced rider and was able to give me some sound advice and pointers on how to improve and what to put into practice. I appreciate the professionalism and service of Robert and staff at ICBC

Worst. Called ahead to clarify if they needed the plates. They sad no, all good. So I stored truck 45 mins away. Now I leave tomorrow, when I couldn’t have been more clear and they have really screwed me. Thx for nothing

Just the worst place in the world to deal with. No accountability, 10 phone calls multiple emails with zero contact but really what can I do about it unfortunately absolutely nothing.

They refused to cover slide topper because of .mechanical fracture. It was caused by wind blast from semi truck in wind storm. Very poor response from them also. Takes months. Will no longer use anything besides basic.
