Called to inquire about my recently purchased car insurance, and the guy, Kevin, walked me through the entire process over the phone smoothly. He explained everything point by point as to why I'm paying the premium I'm paying, and then commented on my presented alternatives thoughtfully. At the end of the day, we were able to amend my policy with me feeling better than I thought. Their phone line is also an easy dial as well. Virtually zero wait times, in my experience. Definitely a gem.
