Money grab scheme!!! Tried to apply for rent to own program and the first thing the agent told me was that I needed this insurance to be approved for a loan. 5 months later, I haven't heard back from them and this insurance company keeps charging after I've cancelled. ‼️SCAM‼️

My friend's mother died and she was not alive long enough to get a payout. That is ok. What she and I are upset about is it has been a year and your company keeps sending letters that we are missing pieces that they need when I and she knows she sent these forms or what was required off already. I can see if there was a payout but it is just to get the mother's premiums back. Unacceptable. Will be telling others not to use for life insurance.

I have stated some actions against Humania and have contacted the Ombudsman . Their rep convinced my mother , at that time 77-78 years of age to buy a life insurance policy for $10,000. My mother passed away Mother’s Day 2025. 9 months later they are cancelling the policy and not paying out because they say she obtain the insurance with fraudulent information. She disclosed she was a breast cancer survivor , had high blood pressure and was a diabetic. There are apparently a couple of things they feel she didn’t disclose , things that she may not of even remembered as it was part of her regular check up for cancer. Think twice before buying insurance from this company. Door to door salesman with high pressure tactics. I told my mother to cancel this while she was alive , but she wanted to ensure she was not a burden on us for funeral expenses. I would have rather she keep the money and did something to make her living life better and not pass it on to these crooks. As to their reply. They had been contacted by me on several occasions to discuss this , and every time they have said she obtained the insurance by fraudulent means. A woman who disclosed all other info about her health that would normally disallow her coverage. That she had cancer , that she was diabetic and that she had high blood pressure. Yes that sounds like a woman who was trying to be fraudulent. You are crooks who take advantage of the elderly.
