Average experience
My experience with Hughes & Turner Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Pretty good
Hughes & Turner Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Hughes & Turner Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Great for bundling

Room for improvement
Hughes & Turner Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
