Poor communication
My biggest issue with Hughes Risk Management was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Hughes Risk Management. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Hughes Risk Management. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Okay but not great
Used Hughes Risk Management for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
